About the Instructor
After earning a B.S. in Applied Psychology, I switched gears and earned an M.S. in Health Information Management along with an Online Education certificate. I have experience in the Health Insurance Industry as well as experience in developing Privacy and Security Policies and Procedures for various healthcare organizations, each with it's own unique needs and nuances.
